MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Christian Brothers University softball team fell 4-3 to No. 21 Mississippi College, in game one of the Gulf South Conference series, on Friday afternoon, at Bland Field.

The Choctaws scored 3 runs in the first inning to help get the win.Â

- Four different Lady Bucs had a hit each.
- Gabby Dickerson threw a complete game with 7 strikeouts.
KEY PLAYS:
MC went up 3-0 in the first inning on an RBI single and a two-run homerun.
The Choctaws plated one more in the fourth on an RBI double.
Ashlynn Smith batted in 3 runs for CBU on a three-run homerun in the 7th, ending the game 4-3.
