Christian Brothers Rallies Late to Edge Kentucky Wesleyan in Extra Innings
ALBERTVILLE, Ala. – Christian Brothers pulled off a late-inning comeback, scoring twice in the eighth to secure a 7-6 victory over Kentucky Wesleyan on Saturday at Sand Mountain Park.

CBU's offense came alive late, collecting eight hits, including four triples.
Abigail Garrison went 2-for-3 at the plate, driving in three runs with a base-clearing triple. Barrow also had a strong showing, going 2-for-3 with a triple, two RBIs, and a run scored.
Gabby Dickerson (3-1) picked up the win, tossing the last two innings while allowing one run on two hits.
Kentucky Wesleyan struck early with two runs in the first and added three more in the fifth and sixth innings to take control, but CBU's resilient offense responded when it mattered most.
Christian Brothers Explodes for 12 Runs in Win Over Shorter
ALBERTVILLE, Ala. – Christian Brothers' offense erupted for 12 runs on 15 hits as the Bucs took down Shorter 12-4 on Saturday at Sand Mountain Park.
CBU scored in three different innings, highlighted by a five-run seventh to put the game away. The Lady Bucs jumped ahead early with four runs in the second inning and added three more in the fifth before breaking it open late.
Catcher
Kate Candies led the offensive charge, going 3-for-4 with a home run, a triple, and four RBIs.
Summer Alexander also had a big game, driving in two runs on a pair of hits, including a double.
Ashley Williamson laced two triples, driving in one run and scoring one run.
Vivian Watts (1-0) picked up the win in the circle, allowing four earned runs on six hits over 5.1 innings, striking out two.
Emily Schooler closed it out, tossing 1.2 scoreless innings with four strikeouts to earn the save.
Shorter made a late push with four runs in the sixth but was held in check for most of the game.

Mackenzie Gieseler, as Lincoln Memorial's Halle Grace Patton dominated in the circle, tossing a complete-game shutout with five strikeouts and only two walks.
The game remained scoreless until the fourth inning when Lincoln Memorial broke through with four runs. CBU starter
Gabby Dickerson (3-2) took the loss, allowing four runs—two earned—on five hits while striking out nine over six innings.
CBU's defense committed one error, and the offense left five runners on base.

ALBERTVILLE, Ala. – Despite an early lead, Christian Brothers came up short against Young Harris in a 3-2 defeat on Sunday at Sand Mountain Park.

Marin Beeson. They added another run in the third inning, with Beeson crossing the plate again to give CBU a 2-1 advantage.
Young Harris responded, tying the game in the fourth and pushing across the go-ahead run in the sixth. CBU pitcher
Emily Schooler (1-1) went the distance, allowing three earned runs on nine hits with one strikeout over six innings.
Offensively, Beeson led the way with a 2-for-4 performance and scored both CBU runs.
Riley Simpson reached base four times with two singles and by getting hit by a pitch twice.
Despite tallying seven hits, the Lady Bucs were unable to capitalize late, leaving eight runners stranded.
