NASHVILLE - The Christian Brothers men's basketball team wrapped up the 2024-25 basketball season on Saturday falling to Trevecca Nazarene, 79-56, in Nashville. Three Bucs scored in double figures in the loss.
CBU was led by
Tane Kirisome with 15 points. Nmeso Nnbedum scored a season high 13 points and
Iman Kheirati added 12. Kheirati also grabbed 19 rebounds to complete his double double. It was the second 19-rebound game by Kheirati this year. It was his 14
th double-double of the season.
Kirisome ends the season as the Bucs' leading scorer amassing 399 points in his first season with the Bucs.
Christian Thompson ends his CBU career with 676 points and 425 rebounds over two seasons.
Iman Kheirati led the Gulf South Conference in rebounding this season amassing 327 boards while averaging a double double with 11.4 points and 11.5 rebounds per game.
With the loss, CBU ends the year at 10-18 overall and 6-16 in conference play. Eleven of CBU's games this year were decided by less than five points.
