Daniel Milhouse is in his second year as an assistant coach at CBU. He began his career at CBU in the summer of 2016. His primary responsibility will be coaching the outfielders and handling daily operations of the program.

“I am thrilled to have Dan join my staff,” head coach Lee Parks said. “His experience in the junior college and travel ball ranks will play a huge part in recruiting quality student athletes to this program.  His energy and passion for developing players is second to none.”

Prior to joining the CBU program, Milhouse was a volunteer assitant coach at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in Perkinston, Miss. He was involved in all aspects of the MGCCC program, with his primary roles being hitting instruction and player development for infielders and outfielders.

Milhouse became a ful member of the MGCCC coaching staff in August 2014. Under his instruction, the Bulldogs' team batting average rose from .285 to .302, and in his final season he coached an All-American and guided the team to the Mississippi Junior College Playoffs.

Since 2013, Milhouse has coached multiple summer high school baseball teams for Batter's Box Baseball of Collierville, Tenn., coaching numerous players who went on to play college baseball.

Milhouse played baseball at Collierville High School before continuing his career at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Ill. After two years there, he finished his career at the University of Memphis, where he played from 2009 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management.
