Tutt's Hat Trick Lifts Lady Bucs to 6-0 Win

Allison Tutt's hat trick helped lift the Lady Bucs to a 6-0 win over Central Baptist Wednesday night at Signaigo Field.
MEMPHIS—Christian Brothers University freshman forward Allison Tutt (Collierville, Tenn., Collierville HS) logged her first career hat trick to lift the Lady Bucs to a 6-0 win over Central Baptist Wednedsay night at Signaigo Field.

Sarah Catherine Ryan (Memphis, Tenn./St. Agnes Academy) started the scoring for the Lady Bucs (8-4) as she scored after Anna Laskarzewska (Edmonton, Alberta/Archbishop O'Leary) served a corner kick into the box just over four minutes into the game.  Two minutes later, Tutt scored off a Laurel Shute (Knoxville, Tenn./West HS) cross to put the Lady Bucs up 2-0.

Tutt opened the second-half scoring for the Lady Bucs in the 51st minute, capitalizing on a Lauren Quinones (Melbourne, Fla./West Shore HS) cross.  Laskarzewska scored on a penalty kick in the 69th minute to make the lead 4-0, and Quinones scored in the 74th minute on the rebound of a Mary Kate Cooke (Memphis, Tenn./St. Benedict HS) shot.  Tutt tacked on another score in the 83rd minute to set the final margin.

The Lady Bucs out-shot CBC (8-6) 21-4, including a 15-1 edge in shots on goal.

The Lady Bucs hit the road Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. for a GSC tilt at Ouachita Baptist.
