Box Score MEMPHIS—Despite out-shooting visiting Alabama-Huntsville 14-7 Friday night, the Christian Brothers University Lady Bucs dropped a 2-0 non-conference decision to the Lady Chargers at Signaigo Field.
The Lady Chargers (3-3) struck just 91 seconds into the game as Cady Reisman found Trisha Ehrhardt with a cross to the left side. Ehrhardt fired a quick shot into the right side for the game's first goal. Khadijah Jannah set the final margin in the 73rd minute as she outran the Lady Bucs' last defender, dribbled past CBU keeper
Robyn Wade (Collierville, Tenn./Collierville HS), and put the ball into the open net.
The Lady Bucs out-shot UAH 7-2 in the second half after a 7-5 edge in the first half, and they held a 6-2 edge in shots on goal for the game.
The Lady Bucs return to GSC action Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. when they face new GSC member Shorter for the first time in school history.
