SEARCY, Ark.-Four different players scored, two in each half, as the No. 13 Christian Brothers University Bucs claimed a 4-1 win at Harding Saturday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED:• For the third straight game,
Samuel Wilson (Memphis, Tenn./Christian Brothers HS) opened the scoring, this time in the 17th minute as he headed in a corner kick from
Jannick Baumer (Emmendingen, Germany/Goethe-Gymnasium Emmendingen). Wilson has now scored one goal in all six games for the Bucs (6-0-0).

Xavi Lao (Barcelona, Spain/Escola Pia Sabadell) followed with a goal in the 32nd minute, his second of the season, as he found the upper right corner of the net off a cross from
Neil Cummings (Belfast, Northern Ireland/St. Malachy's College).
• The Bisons (1-4-1) broke through in the 36th minute as Curtis Hunt scored with a header off a corner kick. Josiah Ireland and Aaron Craig earned the double-assist.
• Cummings restored the Bucs' two-goal advantage in the 67th minute. Wilson sent a long throw to
Brendan Bennett (Belfast, Northern Ireland/St. Mary's Christian Brothers Grammar School), who sent a cross into Cummings, and Cummings fired a shot into the lower left corner for the goal.
• Bennett capped the scoring in the 84th minute as he scored on the Bucs' first penalty kick of the season.
KEY STATS:•
Britton McGuire (Memphis, Tenn./Memphis University School) made two saves for the Bucs.
• CBU out-shot the Bisons 10-5, including a 5-3 edge in shots on goal.
NOTABLE:• Wilson is the first CBU men's soccer player since Matt Werakso in 2006 to score in six straight games. Werakso accomplished the feat from Sept. 24 to Oct. 11, 2006.
WHAT'S NEXT:The Bucs play three games at home next week, beginning Tuesday night at 7 p.m. as they host Rhodes. They also host Spring Hill Friday and No. 25 West Florida Sunday.
