Tigers Edge Bucs 1-0

MEMPHIS-Visiting West Alabama scored in the 17th minute and held on for a 1-0 win over the Christian Brothers University Bucs Friday night at Signaigo Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• West Alabama (6-4-0, 2-1-0 GSC) scored the game's only goal in the 17th minute, when AJ Williams scored his sixth of the season from the right side of the 18-yard box.

KEY STATS:
• The Tigers out-shot CBU (4-5-0, 0-4-0) 13-10 for the game, including a 6-3 edge in shots on goal.
Ricardo Lao (Barcelona, Spain/Escola Pia Sabadell) made five saves for the Bucs, while Brad Louis stopped three shots for the Tigers.
