CLINTON, Miss.-An early goal proved to be the difference as No. 16 Mississippi College defeated the Christian Brothers University Bucs 1-0 Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The game's lone goal came on a set piece in the 10th minute as Bastian Busch served a free kick to Jacob Farthing, who finished for his third goal of the season.

KEY STATS:
• The Bucs (4-4-0, 3-1-0 GSC) out-shot Mississippi College (8-0-1, 5-0-0) 14-11 for the game, with both teams putting five shots on target.
