CLEVELAND, Ohio-The Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA) announced 25 Christian Brothers University student-athletes as recipients of the D2ADA Academic Achievement Awards.
"We had nearly 20 percent of our eligible student athletes qualify for this academic achievement award," said Director of Athletics Brian Summers, a D2ADA member. "I'm proud of our students and the work they've accomplished in the classroom. These students are leaders to our programs and I'm happy to see them set the bar high."

The D2ADA Academic Achievement Award is awarded to student-athletes who carry at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA, have completed four semesters of work and were an active member of a Division II team during the most recent school year. In all, this year's D2ADA Academic Achievement Awards recognized 10,644 student-athletes from 183 Division II schools.
