How It Happened:
It took all nine matches to decide the matchup between the Lady Bucs and Lady Majors. Back-to-back wins at No. 1 and No.6 singles saw the Major's lead extended to 4-1, but the Lady Bucs fought back to even the score at 4-4 with wins at No.5, No.2, and No.3. In the end, it was senior Meg Mattis who led the Lady Bucs to victory with her 6-3, 6-4 win over Jillian Sandoz, marking the second straight 5-4 victory she's capped this season.
