GAME CHANGER
  • The Reddies plated three runs in the first to take control, and four runs in the seventh to put the game out of reach.

  • The Reddies put the first four batters of the first inning on base (two walks and two hits) and the first three batters of the second (three singles), leading to an early lead.
  • Jared Cramer led the Bucs with a perfect 4-for-4 display, including a triple and a run scored.
  • Hunter Howard and Garett Reason-Kerkhoff also showed flashes at the plate, each going 2-for-4. Howard also logged an RBI and Reason-Kerkhoff scored two runs while drawing a walk.

KEY PLAYS
  • The Bucs cut into the early deficit with consecutive extra-base hits (Jared Cramer triple, Hunter Howard double) in the top of the second.
  • CBU again plated another run in the top of the fourth after a Luke Wewers sacrifice fly, cutting into the HSU lead, 4-2.
