St. Louis - The Christian Brothers University men's soccer team took a 1-0 lead into halftime, but Maryville scored a pair of goals in the second half to earn a 2-1 victory on Sunday at Maryville Field.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Ivan Segui gave the Bucs a 1-0 lead, in the 21st minute, when headed home a corner kick from James Raptis.
- The teams recorded just two shots during th final 24 minutes of the first half.
- Maryville found the equalizer just four minutes into the second half.
- Two minutes later, Raptis had his shot saved by Maryville goalkeeper Liam Walraven.
- The Saints scored what proved to be the winner in the 64th minute.
- Following the goal the Bucs had two of the final three shots of the match, but could not find the equalizer.

- Viktor Hoestbo, finished the contest with three saves.
- Maryville finished the match with an 9-7 advantage in shots.
