MEMPHIS - Lemoyne-Owen guard Dwight Murray knocked down a free throw with two seconds left to help give the Magicians a 62-61 win over the Christian Brothers University men's basketball team, on Tuesday, at Bruce Hall/Johnson Gymnasium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After a closely contested opening 15 minutes, the Magicians used an 8-2 run to take a 30-24 lead.
- Over the final 1:55, Lemoyne-Owen scored five of the next nine points to take a 35-28 lead going into the intermission.
- Daniel Loos led the Bucs with 14 points at the half.
- The Bucs opened the second half on an 11-2 run and took a 39-37 lead on Nick Deifel's short-range jumper with 13:26 left.
- A layup by Andrew Anderson, of LOC, with 4:28 left, put the Magicians up 56-50.
- Over the next four minutes, the Bucs used a 10-0 run to take a late 60-56 lead.
- With six seconds remaining, Aiden Ruthsatz went 1-of-2 from the line, as the Bucs led 61-58.
- In the final three seconds, Lemoyne-Owen went to the free throw line twice and made 4-of-5 to give them the 62-61 victory.
