Memphis, Tenn. – Parker Warren, of UAH, pitched seven shutout innings, while striking out five to help Alabama Huntsville defeat the Christian Brothers University baseball team 6-2 in the rubber game of its home opening series, on Sunday afternoon, at Nadicksbernd Field.

KEY PLAYS:
- The Chargers got on the board early by capitalizing on two walks by
Travis Cole, scoring three runs in the inning to lead 3-0 after one.
- After Cole retired six of the seven batters, Zach Duvall, of UAH, knocked in a run with sac fly to lead 4-0 after four.
- The Chargers had four of their first five batters reach base in the sixth and two came around to score, as UAH lead 6-0 after six.
- CBU got on the board in the eighth, with the help of an RBI double by
Antonio Fernandez and a sac fly by
Luke Wewers, but CBU still trailed 6-2 after eight.
- The Bucs went down in order in the ninth as UAH secured the win.
