HOW IT HAPPENED
- A defensive contest saw the teams tied at 14 with six minutes left in the first half.
- AUM closed out the half on a 12-4 run, on 5-of-8 shooting, to take a 26-18 lead into halftime.
- The teams combined to shoot just 19-54 in the first half, with CBU going 9-30.
- AUM scored nine of the first 14 points to start the second half, giving it a 35-23 lead with 17:10 left.
- The Bucs reeled off a 16-0 run to take a 46-39 lead with 8:53 left.
- Isaiah Hart, of AUM, hit a pair of free throws to cut the deficit to 47-45 with 4:48 remaining.
- In the final 4:48, the Bucs held AUM to just two points, while forcing four turnovers to help seal the victory.
