HOT SPRINGS, Ark. -
Caleb Bopp finished in second place to help lead the Christian Brothers University men's golf team to a fourth place finish at the Battle for the Belt, on Tuesday, at the the Hot Springs Country Club.
CBU climbed four spots after starting the tournament in eighth place with an opening round 301. The Bucs then battled back to shoot a 294, and finished with a final round total of 287. The 287 was the fourth-lowest round of the tournament.
Bopp opened with a +2 over par 74, before bouncing back to shoot -5 under par over the final two rounds to finish -3 under par for the tournament.
The field featured five teams that advanced to the NCAA regional play last season.
