Memphis, Tenn- Christian Brothers men's golf showed grit and determination in a deep field at the Dunning Invitational, placing four golfers across the leaderboard and gaining valuable early-season experience.
Leading the Bucs was Nathan Harms, who posted a three-round total of +7 (E, +4, +3) to finish tied for 20th overall. Harms' steady play kept CBU in contention and highlighted his consistency against a strong regional field.
Nathan London followed with a +14 finish (73–79–76), showing flashes of resilience with a strong opening round. Noah Lepers carded +15 for the event, including a solid even-par round two, while Joseph Winterrowd finished at +16 with steady scoring throughout. Rounding out the Buccaneers lineup was Jack Clarke, who battled through challenging conditions to finish at +24.
Against top programs such as Delta State, Lee, and Trevecca Nazarene, the Buccaneers gained critical tournament experience that will fuel their growth moving forward.
CBU looks to build on these performances as they continue their fall schedule, with confidence that their young core can keep climbing the leaderboard.
