Dickson, TN- Christian Brothers battled through a deep and competitive field, led by a steady performance from Joseph Winterrowd, who paced the Buccaneers with a three-round total of 222 to finish tied for 21st. Winterrowd opened with a 79 but quickly found his rhythm, firing a strong 70 in the second round before closing with a 73, showing consistency against tough competition.
Behind him, the Bucs lineup showed flashes of resilience and balance. Nathan Harms and Jack Clarke each finished tied for 32nd with matching totals of 230. Harms delivered three consistent rounds of 77-77-76, while Clarke posted one of the team's best single rounds with an opening 72 before battling through the final two rounds.
Christian Brothers also saw Kevin Feng and Brandon Clark gain valuable tournament experience. Feng finished 44th, highlighted by his opening round, while Clark placed tied for 49th.
Across the leaderboard, Delta State and Mississippi College placed multiple golfers near the top of the standings, with several players finishing in the mid-220s. Despite the strong competition, the Bucs showed they can compete, particularly with Winterrowd's ability to bounce back after a slow start and post one of the better rounds of the tournament for Christian Brothers.
