MEMPHIS - The Christian Brothers University men's basketball team trailed by 20 points at halftime, and saw its comeback bid fall just short, in a 68-59 loss to Indianapolis, on Tuesday night, at Canale Arena.
The Bucs cut the lead to 52-48, at the midway point of the second half, but saw the comeback fall just short. UINDY (Great Lakes Valley Conference) has spent a majority of the early portion of the season ranked in the NABC Top 25, but recently dropped out of the poll.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Greyhounds used a hot start to take a 25-13 lead at the midway point of the first half.
- UINDY held the Bucs scoreless for the final 6:48 of the half to take a 40-20 lead into halftime.
- The visitors shot 54 percent in the first half (14-26), while the Bucs were held to just 6-25.
- CBU stormed back, using a 21-5 run to cut the lead to 52-48 with 9:26 left.
- Madison Monroe scored 12 points to help the Bucs during the run.
- UINDY used a 12-4 run to regain control of the contest, taking a 64-52 lead with 3:21 left.
- CBU was unable to get back within nine during the final five minutes.
