Bucs Use Long-Ball to Defeat LeMoyne-Owen

MILLINGTON - The Christian Brothers University baseball team overpowered LeMoyne-Owen with a program best 26 runs on 17 hits in a 26-1 victory, on Tuesday afternoon, at USA Stadium.

The 26 runs are the most in a game by CBU in school history.

GAME CHANGER:
- The Bucs combined for 17 runs in the first three innings, including three homeruns.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- CBU finished with a 17-5 advantage in hits.
- 12 Bucs recorded a hit.
- Five Bucs recorded at least two RBI's.
- Jarret Fowlkes finished 1-for-2 with his first career grand-slam and three runs scored.
- Antonio Fernandez and Ben Brocato each finished with three RBI's.
- J.D. Goodspeed hit his first homerun of the season.
