Box Score MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Christian Brothers women's soccer turned in a dominant second-half performance on Saturday night at Signaigo Field, powering past Ouachita Baptist 3–0 in front of 200+ fans.
After a scoreless first half, the Lady Buccaneers broke the game open just four minutes into the second. Madison Woolridge delivered her first goal of the season in the 50th minute, finishing a setup from Lara Sanchez to give CBU momentum.
That energy carried forward quickly. In the 54th minute, Ana Dutra doubled the lead, slotting home a pass from Elisa Cruz to make it 2–0. CBU stayed aggressive, controlling 61% of possession and outshooting the Tigers 11–5.
The final strike came in the 89th minute when freshman Mackenzie Allen marked her debut on the scoresheet. She buried a shot off a cross from Chloe May, putting the game fully out of reach.
Goalkeeper Kaylee Allen secured the clean sheet with two saves, holding firm despite nine corner kicks from Ouachita Baptist. The CBU defense stayed composed throughout, never allowing the Tigers to find a rhythm in the final third.
The match did have its tense moments, as CBU saw two yellow cards and a red in the second half, but the Lady Buccaneers remained focused and capitalized on their chances.
