MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Christian Brothers University Men's Soccer continues to set a high standard in the classroom, earning the 2025-26 United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the sixth consecutive year.

The Buccaneers posted a 3.30 team grade-point average during the 2025-26 academic year, once again receiving national recognition for their commitment to academic excellence. To qualify for the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award, collegiate programs must maintain a team GPA of 3.0 or higher for the academic year.

Earning the honor for a sixth straight year reflects the culture that Head Coach Enda Crehan has continued to build within the CBU Men's Soccer program. Crehan and his staff have placed a strong emphasis on developing student-athletes beyond the pitch, with graduating and preparing players for life after college remaining a major focus of the program.

The academic recognition adds to a program that continues to strive for success in all areas of the student-athlete experience. CBU's players have demonstrated their ability to balance the demands of NCAA Division II soccer with their responsibilities in the classroom while working toward earning their degrees.

As the Buccaneers prepare for the 2026 season, CBU Men's Soccer will look to continue its tradition of competing at a high level on the field while maintaining the academic standard that has resulted in six consecutive United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Awards.
