MEMPHIS - The Gulf South Conference named Christian Brothers University junior forward
Maxi Galizzi its Player of the Week after he helped the Bucs earn a 4-1 victory over Spring Hill, on Sunday, Sept. 29
Galizzi became just the second player in CBU history to score four goals in a game, matching the total of
Jose Ferraz (9.13.14).
Three of Galizzi's goals came in a five minute span during the first half, as he scored in the 17th, 21st and 22nd minute.
The Puerto Madryn, Argentina native put a stamp on the match, with his final goal in the 87th minute.
Galizzi, who now has 10 career goals for the Bucs, is the first player to earn GSC Player of the Week honors since
Xavi Lao (10.29.18).
The Bucs are scheduled to return to action on Friday, Oct. 4 when they host in-state rival Union. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
