Marco Osti has been named to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II Men's Scholar All-American Team.
Osti was named Second Team Scholar All-American after achieving a 4.0 cumulative grade point average as an MBA student. The Trento, Italy native was also named Second Team All-South region by the USC. Osti led the Bucs, and was tied for fifth in the GSC, with seven goals. He was also tied for second in the league with three game winning goals, while also added three assists.
Osti is the third CBU men's soccer player in the last two seasons to be named Scholar All-American, joining Brian Torre and Chandler O'Dwyer.
To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must be nominated by their head coach and have at least a 3.30 cumulative GPA, start more than 50-percent of the team's games and be an elite player supported by playing honors and statistics.
