MEMPHIS—The Christian Brothers University Bucs rapped out 20 hits as they rolled to an 18-4 win over LeMoyne-Owen Tuesday afternoon.

The Bucs (4-5) scored in every inning, including three in the first, third, and fifth innings, six in the fourth, two in the second, and one in the sixth.

Joseph Kaminski (Sherwood, Ark./Little Rock Catholic HS), Alan Wright (Memphis, Tenn., Christian Brothers HS), and David Alan Wright (Olive Branch, Miss., DeSoto Central HS) each collected three hits, with Kaminski driving in six runs with two doubles.  Tyler Dunn (Bartlett, Tenn./Tipton-Rosemark Academy), Josh Shelton (Rosemark, Tenn./Christian Brothers HS), Yogi Vanaman (Cordova, Tenn./Cordova HS), and Matt Stephany (Erie, Pa./Cathedral Prep) added two hits each. 

Lee Paine (Oxford, Miss./Oxford HS) earned the win, moving to 1-0 as he allowed one run on two hits and six walks in four innings.  Jason Volpe (Germantown, Tenn./Christian Brothers HS) added two perfect innings of relief.

The Bucs return to the field tomorrow afternoon at 1 p.m. as they take on Lambuth.
