Box Score ROME, Ga.—No. 27 North Alabama tied a Gulf South Conference Tournament record with 24 hits as they won 19-1 to end the Christian Brothers University Bucs' season Saturday night at State Mutual Stadium.
The Lions (37-15) scored twice in the first and third innings and once in the second to take a quick 5-0 lead after three. In the fourth, the Lions put it out of reach quickly, plating 13 runs to stretch their lead to 18-0. They tacked on another run in the top of the seventh.
