Box Score MEMPHIS-Visiting Maryville scored in six of the game's seven innings as they defeated the Christian Brothers University Bucs 13-3 Tuesday afternoon at Nadicksbernd Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• Maryville (7-5) struck for three runs in the top of the first on two doubles and two singles.
• The Saints added two more runs in the top of the second on three singles and two walks.
• CBU (5-11) scratched out a run in the second inning. Jared Cramer (Olive Branch, Miss./DeSoto Central HS) was hit by a pitch. After stealing second, he scored on a Trey Keppen (Germantown, Tenn./Germantown HS) double to left.
• MU scored a run on a double and an error in the third inning.
• Maryville tacked on another in the fourth on three walks and a single.
• The Saints added four in the fifth inning on three doubles, a homer, an error and a single.
• MU scored twice in the seventh on a walk, a hit batter, two wild pitches and a single.
• The Bucs plated two runs in the bottom of the seventh. Taylor Angley-Holman (Redding, Calif./Enterprise HS) singled to right and moved to second on a groundout. Jake Tribble (Springville, Ala./Springville HS) singled to right. After a wild pitch moved them to second and third, Blain Curtis (Atoka, Tenn./Tipton Rosemark Academy) doubled to left to score both and set the final margin.

• Curtis was 1-for-1 with a double and two RBI.
• Tribble went 1-for-1 with a run.
