FULL RESULTS
JONESBORO, Ark. - The Christian Brothers University track and field teams participated in the Arkansas State University Invitational Friday, with three athletes earning top-three finishes and three earning top-five finishes.
WOMEN'S NOTABLES:
- Emma Montoya finished the 400 meter race with a 58.56, to finish in third place. Raeven Veal finished ninth place, in the same race, with a 1:00.51.
- Johanna Wistokat and Chloe Willis both finished in the top-10 in the 800 meter. Wistokat finished in third place with a 2:25.21 and Willis followed with a time of 2:27.55 to finish in fifth.
- Chelsea Walker was one hundredth of a second away from a victory in the 55 meter hurdles. The winner crossed the line in 8.17, while Walker finished at 8.18.
- Lea Gray ran her way to a sixth place finish in the 1 mile run with a time of 5:17.17.
MEN'S NOTABLES:
- Brian Braswell finished in fifth in the pole vault with a 4.33m.
- Paul Bobinger earned a fifth place finish in the 55 meter hurdles, as he completed the race with in 7.93.
- Peter Torres finished the 1 mile run with a time of 4:34.53, which was good enough to propel him to a 10th place finish.
- In the 400 meter dash, Leopold Stefanski grabbed a seventh place finish with a time of 49.58.
- Alex Gagne paced himself enough in the 800 meter run, with a time of 2:03.30, to finish in eight place.
