Dieball Signs Pro Contract with Spanish Club Morón

MEMPHIS – Former Christian Brothers University men's basketball alumnus Adam Dieball has signed a professional contract with Club Baloncesto Morón in Spain, the club announced via press release.

"I want to thank everyone involved in my career at CBU," said Dieball. That includes teammates, coaches, faculty/staff, and the students who supported us. My four years in Memphis were the best of my life." 

Dieball was a three-time career All-Gulf South Conference selection, which includes first team accolades in each of the last two years. He averaged 18.4 points (4th in GSC), 8.3 rebounds (2nd in GSC), and 6.7 assists (1st in GSC) on 50.3 percent shooting (3rd in GSC), while also leading all players in NCAA Division II with four triple doubles.

The Cincinatti, Ohio native ranks 11th among all NCAA Division II players in double-doubles (14), fifth among assists per game and 20th in defensive rebounds per game with (7.3). He was named GSC and USBWA National Player of the Week, on February 8, following the Bucs sweep of Shorter and West Georgia, where he averaged 24 points, 11.5 rebounds and 10 assists.
