MEMPHIS - Christian Brothers University Athletics has announced that it will host its Scarlet and Gray Celebration on Saturday, July 29. The event, scheduled to begin at 6 PM, will be held inside Canale Arena.

To kick off the weekend, on Friday, July 28 CBU will be hosting a golf scramble at Irene Golf and Country Club. The event is scheduled to begin at noon.
 
CBU will be celebrating Hall of Fame members, and former men's basketball coaches Dave Loos and Charlie Leonard.
 
"After a great Scarlet and Gray celebration last year, we look forward to seeing more members of our CBU Family again in July," said Director of Athletics Donna Crone. 
 
The cost of dinner is $80 per person, or $600 for a table of 8. 
 
All proceeds from the event will go towards improvements to athletics facilities.
