KEY PLAYS:
Valdosta State opened up the scoring with a two RBI homerun in the second inning to take the lead 2-0.
The Blazers would add another run in the fifth inning, making it 3-0.
The Bucs cut the Blazers lead to one, making it 3-2, with two runs in the eighth inning from a Royal Hobson RBI triple and a Dalton Pyzer RBI.
VSU scored two insurance runs in the bottom of the eighth to take the 5-2 victory.
