NASHVILLE, Tenn. The Christian Brothers University men's soccer team closed out its 2025 regular season with a 4-0 defeat at Trevecca Nazarene on Friday night at the Trojan Soccer Complex.
Trevecca opened the scoring early, finding the back of the net in the sixth minute when Judah Jones converted a pass from Connor Woulfe to give the Trojans a 1-0 lead. Despite several early chances from the Buccaneers, including shots from Juan Minguez Malonda, Elliot Whalley, and Alexander Blanche, CBU went into the half trailing by one.
In the second half, the Trojans extended their advantage in the 59th minute on a goal by Daniel Shiel, again assisted by Woulfe. Trevecca then added a pair of late goals from Tom Hooper in the 87th and 89th minutes to seal the 4-0 result.
CBU recorded 14 total shots with six on target, forcing Trevecca goalkeeper Hunter Walker into six saves. Sebastian Torka played all 90 minutes in goal for the Bucs, finishing with four saves.
