Memphis, TN- Christian Brothers University is excited to welcome its new head women's soccer coach, a familiar name in the Memphis soccer community who brings proven success and a clear vision to the program.
While he is new to the Buccaneers' sideline, he is not a new face in the city. He previously coached at the University of Memphis and most recently led the program at Carroll University, where he built one of the top teams in the conference. During his time at Carroll, his teams captured CCIW regular-season championships, qualified for the conference tournament, and earned numerous program and individual accolades, establishing a consistent standard of success.
Now stepping into the Division II environment, he is eager to build on CBU's proud tradition.
"I'm excited to step into the Division II level and help turn this program back to its winning ways," he said. "Christian Brothers University has a championship history, and the 2002 national title is something that still matters here. I'm ready to build toward that standard every day."
Equally important to his approach is a strong belief in the current roster and the foundation already in place.
"I don't believe you need to clean house to win," he added. "This roster has talent, character, and potential. Our focus will be on training, development, and enhancing what we already have to establish a winning culture with this group," Coach Tadley stated.
"We are thrilled to welcome Christopher Tadley to Christian Brothers University and Buc Nation. Coach Tadley brings outstanding experience and a strong record of success at the intercollegiate level. We are confident that Coach Tadley is the ideal leader for our women's soccer program and will elevate our student-athletes while moving the program forward with energy, purpose, and competitiveness." Athletic Director Dr. Jackson added.
