Box Score FLORENCE, Ala.—The Christian Brothers University Lady Bucs earned their second shutout in as many games Sunday afternoon in a 1-0 win over Tennessee Wesleyan.

Carmen Manes (Memphis, Tenn./St. Agnes Academy) scored the lone goal when she scored unassisted in the 28th minute.  From there, neither side could find the net again, with Robyn Wade (Collierville, Tenn./Collierville HS) making three saves to earn her second shutout in a row.

The Lady Bucs (2-0) held a 12-8 edge over the Lady Bulldogs (0-2) in total shots, including a 4-3 lead in shots on goal.

The Lady Bucs play their next four games at home, beginning Friday night at 5 p.m. with the GSC opener against West Georgia.
