BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Christian Brothers University women's soccer player Cheyenne Smith has been named Gulf South Conference Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league on Tuesday, Sept. 27. The honor for Smith is the second of her career, and her second in the last two weeks. 

In the 6-0 win over Spring Hill, on Friday, Sept. 23, Smith scored three goals. The hat trick for Smith is her second of the season. 

The Memphis native is currently tied for the GSC, and third in NCAA Division II, with 12 goals

The Lady Bucs are scheduled to return to action on Friday, Sept. 30, when they travel to West Alabama. Kickoff is set for 5 PM.
